About Hevingham Lakes

We are a long established family holiday park.

Adjacent to 200 acres of Heath and Woodland, which is a designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest [SSSI] with easy reach of The Norfolk Broads. A haven for wildlife offering regular sightings of Kingfisher, Squirrels, Moorhen, Barn Owls, Deer and Night Jars, as well as being an established colony of the Silver Studded Blue Butterfly. A lovely area for walking and exploring with the dog.


We are situated approximately 8 miles north of Norwich, and within easy reach of the Norfolk Coast, where there are glorious beaches and interesting harbours at Blakeney & Wells. The seaside town of Cromer is also home to the famous Pavilion Theatre. Traditional pier show and well known for Cromer Crabs.


There are lots of varied places of interest in the surrounding area and many visitors return each year.

 The farmhouse has been in the same family for five generations. This four bedroomed self-catering holiday accommodation is a completely separate part, adjoining the family home, situated approximately 250m from the lakes.

Recommended Towing Route

When reaching Norwich, follow signs for Norwich Airport A140. Airport on your right continue to roundabout. Take first exit signed Fakenham and Holt A1270. At the next roundabout take 3rd exit signed Holt and Horsford B1149. Continue to next roundabout, take 1st exit for all routes. Follow this road for approx 3 miles until you reach the Marsham Arms on your right. Take next turning on right after Marsham Arms signed The Heath. Continue until you reach the sign on your left for Hevingham Lakes.
